Blueberry Nuts Soft Bread


Today I’m sharing with you a fat-loss recipe, a lazy version of quick-made soft European bread that requires no kneading. It is very easy to make, and contains whole wheat flour, high-fiber 0-sugar oil, low-fat and sugar-controlled. The bread is soft and paired with nuts. It has a rich aroma and rich taste. Who want to lose fat should not miss it, come and try it!    

Ingredients:

High gluten flour 200g

Whole wheat flour 50g

Water 160ml

Blueberry 80g

Sugar Substitute 20g

lemon juice Appropriate amount

Nut 50g

Salt 3g

Dry yeast 2.5g


Practice:

1.Pour blueberries, sugar substitute, lemon juice into the pot, simmer over low heat until thick, then let cool for later use.

2.(Dissolve the yeast in water first), mix all the ingredients except the nuts until there is no dry powder, cover with plastic wrap and let stand for 30 minutes.

3.After soaking your hands in water, stretch the dough from all sides and fold it inwards, 1-2 times in each direction, continue to cover with plastic wrap and let it stand for 30 minutes.

4.After 30 minutes, stretch and fold again to check if the dough has formed a rough film.

5.Place in a sealed container and let rise until doubled in size.

6.Sprinkle flour on the chopping board, turn the dough upside down, sprinkle flour on the surface of the dough to prevent sticking, and divide it into 2 parts.



7.Roll the dough into a rectangle and sprinkle with nuts evenly.

8.Roll it up from top to bottom, place it on baking paper with the seam facing down, add some hot water, and put it in the oven to ferment until it is 1.5 times larger.

9. Sprinkle with flour, cut a knife in the middle, preheat the oven, put it in the oven and set it to 200 degrees for 20 minutes.



10.The fragrant blueberry nut European bread is out of the oven!
