Creamy Cashew Nut Pastry

Ingredients:

Butter 80g

Low gluten flour 120g

Milk powder 12g

Powdered sugar 20g

Two eggs

Cashew nuts

Steps:

1.Soften the butter until it can be easily pressed, pour in the powdered sugar and mix well, beat with a whisk until fluffy.

2.Sift in the milk powder and low gluten flour, mix well with a spatula, then knead with disposable gloves until there are no dry flour particles, do not overknead.



3.Divide the dough into 15g balls, organize them into small patties, press half the cashews onto the surface and brush with the egg yolk mixture.



4.Preheat the oven at 175 degrees for 10 minutes and bake for about 20 minutes.
