1.Add chopped roasted peanuts;

4.Sift in cake flour and baking powder and knead into dough. (Each kind of flour has different water absorption, and if the dough is too wet, you can slowly add a little cake powder, and if it is too dry, you can add a little cooking oil, and adjust it until it can be pinched into a small ball by hand.
5.Divide the prepared dough into small balls of about 15 g each;
6.Press gently with your hands to flatten;
7.Mix one egg yolk with a little water and stir evenly to make egg yolk water. Use a brush to brush a layer of egg yolk water on the surface of the cake;
8.Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about fifteen minutes. The shortbread is very crispy after being baked. Do not move it until it is completely cool before placing it on a plate and sealing it for storage.
